Fruit, raisins, veggies and dip, crackers and juice or milk. Avoid anything with nuts. My son has a little girl in his class who has a peanut allergy. It was not really anything I thought of before this year.

grahm crackers with peanut butter to spread

dried fuit

home-made trail mix

fresh fruit

small cut veggies with dip (cream cheese or the like)

yogurt with granola

fruit salad (with granola, nuts, etc... you can even add a dressing made from confectioners' sugar and a little oj. and
honey.)

cheese and crackers

buy thick-sliced lunch meats in the deli to cut into chunks and send with the cheese and crackers.

pretzel sticks with peanut butter to dip

you could bake some healthy muffins or cookies

most anything on the list would be great with a peanut butter/honey mix, a cream cheese/marshmallow fluff (it's not very healthy, but tastes great) mix, or some kind of ranch style dip.

the possabilities are pretty endless.

When I send snacks I always send a bit of goodies and bit of healthy snacks. For a party I recently sent mini cupcakes and mini boxes of raisins. They were a hit!

The fruity snacks are always a winner too. You can get the apple slices in little bags in the produce dept. of your local store now. They'd like that too.
