It could simply be because you are not getting enough sleep. If you are having trouble sleeping just type in "sleep disorders" into Yahoo web search. Among the numerous links that come up, wikipedia and webmed have good summaries. If you do not sleep well, this fact may be a symptom of some other disorder like anxiety or deep depression, the symptoms and cure for which can be found by typing in "anxiety" and "depression" into Yahoo! web search.

You may just be bored and "tired of the same old things" in which case a re-motivation for what you are doing may be in order. Just type in "self motivation techniques" into Yahoo! web search for some useful information here.

Maybe you and I are tired for the same reason.
It could be the big dark "D", depression.
Have you had a thyroid function test done lately?
If you have an under active thyroid, it could make you feel tired.

if you are a depressed person being tired is a known sign...along with many others it doesn't just cause you to be sad.........but have pain and a bunch of other stuff....
