Why Is He Playing...?

So I've been hanging out with a group of new friends. Me and one of the guys are obviously attracted to one another but I can tell he's a little intimidated...however he gets jealous whenever I have a conversation with his friend and he tells me that I should talk to him....why do guys do stuff like and how should I take that? By the way we're both 25.

He wants you all for himself. If you talk to another guy..you might go out with that guy and not him. He may never even ask you out, but in his mind you are 'his girl'.
