can u get it at 15 and can u get it if no one in ur family carries the gene if so how likely

First question: Yes, you can start to develop symptoms at 15.

Second question: No. It's a genetic disorder. If nobody in your family carries the gene, you can't inherit it.

Brian is correct. Furthermore, the mutation rate is almost non-existent, so your chances of having it are negligible.
