STRESS

Stress and lack of sun. Being cooped up for 6-8 hours doesn't let much sun on your face.

In the sun, the skin uses the oil to protect it. No sun creates a surplus.

There is more than one possible reasons. First, summer is over, and therefore, you are getting less exposure to the sun. Also, you are probably inside much more, now that you are back in school. Third, you probably don't pay as much attention to your skin during the summer. You notice it more when you are concerned about how you will look in school.

All the junk foods and sodas. Stay away from that crap. Eat more vegetables, more fresh fruits for snacks or desserts and drink either organic fruit juices and/or 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day. At the end of thirty days your whole outlook on health will change immensely.

DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR THE WEATHER STARTS TO CHANGE AND SOME SKIN TYPES EXTRACT MORE OIL TO KEEP THE DRYER SKIN DUE TO THE AIR MORE MOISTURIZED. KEEP IT CLEAN. WASH FACE IN MORNING AND NIGHT AND USE A BENZOYL PEROXIDE CREAM ON IT. I LIKE ACNE FREE.
