I know all about the side effects on the greasy stools and uncontrolling bowels. But is anyone really having any successes out there with this product? How many pills do you take a day? It's expensive so I don't want to spend the money until hear from the ones who are taking this drug. Serious answers only please. Thanks

Ditto to Commonsense Mom. I also have not heard of good results with it either. Someone brought up a good point to me, what it does is take the fats you eat out of your body, so it will take the good fats out too. Your body does need some fat.

Bottom line is it's a waste of money. Alli is only going to work while you are taking. And well taking diet pills long term is not practical health wise or financially. Your best bet would to be to spend your money on healthy foods rather than pills. Just remember to burn more calories then you consume. That's how you lose weight.

From what I have heard, it's not all that great. Losing weight is a complete lifestyle change, and mind set change. just taking a pill that turns your fat to liquid is not going to last forever. If you truly need to lose weight, I would suggest a good diet and exercise program. It takes longer, but the rewards are worth it, because you can keep the weight off, once you get in to a healthy state of mind, and on a healthy diet and exercise program.

I have lost 18 lbs in 4 mo. I have stuck to the diet and increased how much I exercise. If you are willing to do the same it will work for you. Expect about 1-2 lbs per week. Check out the Alli website too. Their nutrition tracker is very helpful.

save your money, There is NO such thing as a "miracle pill"
the only way is to exercise & consume less carories, eat right & healthy. no time to go to a gym, take a walk, when going to the mall park way out and walk, ride a bike ect all you need is to get moving for excercise..mow the grass, ect ect.

Well... you may loose weight and not over eat but it all comes with a price.... ANAL LEAKAGE! I suggest a balanced diet and exercise! Also a multivitamin. Anything that caused anal leakage is not good for the body.
