My father used to do this to our eggs when I was little, and I HATED it. Yuck! Now that I'm old I'm wondering if I should give it another try.....do you think it would be worth it, or bad???

I enjoy oregano in scrambled eggs, but not sure if I would have liked it when I was younger. Something else that tastes great in scrambled eggs is a little dry vermouth.

Tarragon is a better choice. But, you never know, maybe the nostalgia will make you love it. It's only scrambled eggs, you can afford to experiment!

Sounds delicious to me. We often hate things when small and really like them when we are adults.
