Well, let's see: My son has 17 NASCAR miniatures and is dressing up like Junior for Halloween. I own a NASCAR baseball cap and my wife has one that matches. My daughter has a pink Junior baseball cap. I have a Jeff Gordon t-shirt. My son knows EVERY Cup driver and his number by heart as well as their primary sponsor. The kid is 4 and doesn't really read yet!
I own a copy of the "Officially Licensed NASCAR Record & Fact Book- 2007 edition." WE TiVo a lot of races, 'cuz we're in church when most East Coast races start. We're throwing not a Super Bowl Party, but a Daytona 500 party next February. I write a NASCAR blog and have joined two NASCAR message boards.
Bad enough?

Pretty Bad although I am starting to dislike the direction NASCAR has been going over the past 4-5 years.
I have a Big E banner on my office wall. Two NASCAR calenders. About 25 1/24 scale cars. Numerous pictures in frames from races I've been to and Misc. NASCAR paraphernalia strewn about my office. Thenif you see what I have in my garage, I guess you'd say I've got it pretty bad.

I got it so bad, even 50 plus years of rules changes, hasn't dimmed my spirit.

I got it so bad that although they haven't raced "real" Fords or Chevys for more than 30 years, hasn't stopped me.

I got it so bad that when my driver loses, I still like him.

I got it so bad that even after having 8 different favorite drivers retire and 3 killed through the years, I still love the sport, because they did.

I got it so bad that even though my current primary favorite driver will now be driving for the "enemy", I can't wait for 2008!

There is rampant speculation the only known cure is a stiff dose of curmudgeon.

My dog's name is Tony S. I drive a Tony Stewart edition Monte Carlo SS and I am looking at buying a Nitro Bass Boat with the Home Depot paint scheme. I don't think I have it too bad. The hardest part is My wife is a Jimmy Johnson fan so shopping for home improvement stuff is hard. I swear we bought or washer at Home Depot and our dryer at Lowes just so we would both be loyal fans.

alas, since we are not made of money and going to all the races is out....(bummer) each weekend we sit in front of the TV and watch...rooting our favorite driver race for the chase...#17 Matt Kenseth. we are from Wisconsin and are not far from Cambridge...so at least twice a year we go to the MK store or as my boys like to call it "the matt store" and purchase all of our gear-- from t-shirts to koozies for beer-- each Sunday (we call that day St. Nascar Church day), or Saturday whenever they race, we are dressed in our #17 stuff, the little boys have their hats on and dewalt jogging suits, both dogs (GSD and Lab) have their #17 collars on and hubby hangs out the matt flags. I make tons of appetizers for the race so we can snack on goodies while enjoying an exciting race....though I do have to admit that road races suck...and are boring as he11 in my opinion anyways. no longer are we "packer backers" we are nascar junkies...lol

I got it bad enough when I make my boyfriend watch it with me. LOL! He likes Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson. I like Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and maybe Tony Stewart.
