Genesis 1:
2: & the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. & the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. (Darkness was there, didn’t say he made it)
3: & God said, let there be light: & there was light.
4: & God saw the light, that it was good: & God divided the light from the darkness. (Why did God call the light good and not the darkness?)
5: & God called the light Day, & the darkness he called Night. & the evening & the morning were the first day.

16: & God made 2 great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. (Now what, thought he just did the light thing, or is this another light and dark?)
17: & God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
18: & to rule over the day & over the night, & to divide the light from the darkness: & God saw that it was good. (He saw that both were good here.)
19: & the evening & the morning were the fourth day.

As some are referring to Satan entering into the Garden of Eden, I will add my thoughts as well. Everything was good as God had made it. All man knew at that time was good.

Genesis 2:9 In the Garden of Eden, God made every tree to grow that was good to see & good for food. There were also two trees in the midst; one was a tree of life, the other the tree of knowledge of good & evil. Since Adam & Eve knew good, this should give you a good warning of what this second tree was.

Satan, knowing good from evil, took advantage of Eve’s unawareness of evil & deceived her. He added just one simple word to what God told her, “not”. He explained that her eyes will be opened & she would be as god.

Innocent Eve, knowing only good, saw the tree sure looked “good” & “good” to eat & Satan said it would make her wise, with her knowing no evil, she saw the tree as “good” so she took part of the tree.

Exactly as the serpent had told her, her eyes were opened and she knew evil.

The Uiverse was created by God.
As for satan ?

The word 'satan' is the Hebrew transliteration of the word 'adversary.' Therefore, Satan is the one who opposes God. Satan, is the most powerful of the fallen angels. Satan, also known as Lucifer and the Devil, is said to be the one who entered the Garden of Eden and convinced Eve to disobey God. There is debate among scholars regarding the time of the fall of Satan. Some say that he fell when he moved Eve to disobey God. Others state that Satan fell sometime before that and merely manifested his adversarial nature in the Garden. Still others say that there was a great battle in heaven long before the Garden of Eden and that Satan took one third of the angels with him.

The motive for Satan's rebellion may very well be found in the following verses.

"How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, You who have weakened the nations! 13"But you said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, And I will sit on the mount of assembly In the recesses of the north. 14‘I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.’" (Isaiah 14:12-14).

In the future, there will be a judgment where the devil will be cast out :

"And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him" (Rev. 12:9).

The universe is god inside out. "Satan" is a manmade myth that doesn't exist.
