Here are the corrections of the ones you can use:
1.How much does it cost?
2. What is the cost of this item?
3.. What is the price of (it, this item)?

It depends -- on the things that you bought.
Sometime people also say "What's the total?"
But i think they usually ask "How much is/are the cost?" or "How much is/are this/these/those?"

Although they are grammatically correct, those choices all sound stilted and unnatural. A native English speaker would ask
"How much is this?" or "How much is that?"

None of the above. You ask: "how much does it cost?"

"Excuse me, would you tell me how much this costs?"
"Excuse me, I was wondering how much this item costs?"
If you have to choose one of those 4 answers, then I'd choose 2.

how much is the cost is wrong. the correct usage would be 'how much does it cost?' however, just saying 'how much?' often suffices.

How much is this/it/that?
Sounds less far-fetched than the other options.
Good luck!
