Cook bacon in your cast iron pan?? Did you know it's easier to cook if you cut it in half first??

I also cook bacon in my cast iron frying pan & I always cut mine in half, too...did you know...

Minimize bacon shrinkage by running bacon under water before frying. This reduces shrinkage by about 50%

yes...almost exclusively unless i feel lazy & use the microwave thingy
