Having given this recipe in answer to a question yesterday, I went home and made it and it's still just as good as always!
Finely chop an onion, and dice an apple. Mix this together with some herbs, seasonings and breadcrumbs to form a kind of "stuffing" mixture. Put it in the bottom of an oven dish, lay the chops on top, and moisten with a little stock or water so it doesn't burn. Dot with butter if you want. Whack it in the oven around 180 degrees and bake for 30-60 minutes until chops are done.
Alternatively, mix apple, onions and herbs, and layer with sliced potatoes under the chops, or even use the chops as a middle layer.

Ok, I know this will sound weird, but it's easy and delicious!
Put a few large table spoons of applesauce (not the fake flavored kind but real apple sauce) and a little cinnamon (if the applesauce doesn't have it mixed in already) into a large skillet and add the pork chops right on top of it.
Cook over low heat until the chops are lightly borwned. If the sauce starts to stick, add a few table spoons of water.
After the chops are browned, add a few more table spoons of apple sauce and enough water to cover the cops and simmer until done.
Remove the chops and discard the liquid.
They will have a great slightly sweet taste and will be very moist.

Season up the chops with a marinade and seasonings and cook on the grill.
For a breadcrumb recipe, I combine some seasoning and breadcrumbs in a large ziploc, if available soak your chops in some kind of milk/egg batter with a couple shots of tabasco or tiger sauce. go from batter to ziploc then panfry in a small amount of olive oil.

Put oil in skillet, about 2-3 TBSP.
Heat on Med/High
Season Chops on both sides REALLY well, don't add salt until you need to make the gravy, so it won't be too salty
Fry the pork chops til almost done and they have that brown crusty stuff on them.
Remove pork chops from pan, place in oven to keep warm, and mix a flour/water combination together, making sure there's no lumps
Mix it with the drippings from the pan
Add more seasonings and stir, stir stir til thickend
Put chops back in gravy mixture til rice is done.
Start Rice

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMHRA
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Use the breadcrumbs to bread the porkchops. Hopefully you have eggs for that. Just put some seasoning in the bread crumbs and bake. Bam
