Does it continue to promote the delusion?

Does it point out how immoral Biblegod is/must be?

Is it just plain silly and a waste if time?

Your thoughts?

I don't have a problem with the suing God part as much as the reasoning behind it. He is protesting regulating frivolous lawsuits. I think that there should be some regulations on who can sue and when and for what. Everyone is trying to make an extra buck and I get tired of seeing our court system tied up with stupid lawsuits. I think the issue at hand with this lawsuit is less a religious question but more a legal question. The way our court system is right now I could sue the tooth fairy for back pay owed for lost teeth (I think I got shortchanged growing up and I want what I am owed)

1. It is ridiculous.
2. Fat chance on god being able to find a lawyer in heaven.
3. Good luck collecting the judgment if Chambers wins.
4. He should have sued the churches themselves for fraud.
5. When the defense doesn't show up in court, will a summery judgment be issued?

I believe he has gone to an extreme to prove a point. His point is valid, but he likely won't win many votes for re-election this way. However, I wish him luck with his lawsuit. If he hopes to win any money, he may want to list all of the christian churches as co-defendants. ;-)

That's pretty stupid. If you believe in God then you believe he's a spiritual being and he can't really be sued. If you don't believe in him, what's the point of suing him?

I love that picture! He looks like a saint with a halo around his head! My judgment: he's certifiable.

It brings attention to his ignorance. Of course, there may not have been any doubt before.
