This is Hebrew. It comes from the Bible.
The last line is Proverbs 4:2.
Here is the translation.
There is a time for everything but there are things that
are eternally beautiful.
For I give you good doctrine. Do not forsake my
teaching.
That's how it's translated in my Bible. But
I'm not happy with it.
The Hebrew verb in the text, נָתַתִּי, is in the past tense,
and the last phrase doesn't mean so much to
forsake, but rather to be rude or disrespectful.
So I would rather render it
For I have given you a good lesson. Do not
disrespect my teaching.

Sorry but whatever language is that? I would seriously want to know and it would be great if someone knows how to translate it.
