Hey there! It's okay. That is normal. It's also normal to be no yolk or the egg undersized. I've raised chickens most of my like, we'll just say for a longgg time :) But it is very good of you to check out your concerns, that is a responsible owner!!

This happens sometimes, first egg or not. I've seen this on my breeder eggs many times. DO NOT wash it off, just let her incubate (sit on) it if she chooses to do so. If there is no male in the cage though it will not be fertile (of course) so she may just sit on it for a while and eventually push it away and ignore it.
If there is a male with her and the egg has the possibility of being fertile, you should just let nature takes its course. You don't say what kind of bird she is but I have never heard of a green parrot egg.
Sorry I could not be of more help.

Your hen should be vet checked to make sure she did not tear her insides from straining to lay the eggs. This problem left unchecked could lead to infection which can lead to bigger problems or death to the hen if her immune system is low.
