Sorry that i didn't make it clear. Those are Korean languages. I don't know how they come out like that. Yes they really look funny to me too.
I don't have Korean-English Translation tools that's why ~ . but thanx !

That doesn't look like a language to me - more like the gibberish caused when a computer can't read a file correctly.

I don't know if it is possible to translate back.

This language looks a bit funny. I don't think it's the right one. Try reposting the question or check if your software is able to write this language.
