you obviously have a very high metabolism or an over active thyroid. A doctor could help determine between the two and insure that you are healthy overall. If there is no determination of any harm against your health, be happy with your appearance and that you are not battling being overweight.

High metabolism...Also, eating a good breakfast helps you to not be so hungry for lunch. You burn more calories throughout the day then when you're at home in the bed LOL (Which is where I want to be right now)!

Are you Hawaiian? Because the only people would eat those are usually native Hawaiians. Anyway to answer your question, your food gets digested and the nutrients gets dispersed in your body. You can't eat a couple of pounds of food and expect that your weight will gain.
If you want to gain weight, eat some food that will give you muscle gain, not fat gain. Avoid food with high calories and carbohydrates, this will make you gain fat not muscles weight.

Just wait, it will all catch up with you. 5'3" / 102 pounds is not exactly anorexic or anything, so I wouldn't say your metabolism is the fastest in the world. If I were you, I wouldn't eat that every morning or you will be 5'3" 150 pounds in about a year.
Good Luck!!

Because you weighed 95 pounds before you started?
You made yourself vomit?
Or how about your 5 ft 3 inches tall and burn food fast. Yep I think that last one might be it. My brain hurts from thinking so much.
