I hate being interrupted when I am speaking. People who can not wait for you to finish so that they can butt in to say something. They speculate what you are about to say, and cut you off in mid sentence. Or they appear not to be paying attention, they are looking around, talking to others or busy doing something while you speak. Then they tell you to repeat what you are saying.

That "sales mentality" that some people have. The greasiness that's often associated with used-car salesmen or door-to-door insurance salesman, with their "winning personalities" and "don't take no for an answer attitudes." I hate when people come off as being pushy for no reason at all. I have had acquaintances (friends of my husband), who were that way, and even in friendly conversations you felt like they were "selling" their ideas to you - I'm just not buying it!

I can't STAND people who are overly opinionated and think you need their advice on every little issue.
My boyfriend has a friend who thinks she has to give him advice on every aspect of our relationship. There's one little opinion of her's that really sticks out in my mind, and that was when she told him he's too young to be thinking about marriage. Umm, first of all he's 23 (I'm 21). He's a big boy who can make his own decisions. Secondly, I don't remember a time when he told me she was his mother. Especially seeing as how she's only a year older than he is. Thirdly, it's none of her business! It really doesn't help that he has a "past" with her, but that's a different story for a different time.

When they are oblivious to others around them are carry on their business without any regard to others. Perfect example, talking loundly on a cell phone while in line to guy groceries and holding up the line because their call is more important than other people getting through the line.

When people always try to compete when it's not a competetion -- and when they are doing so, they lie. Example:
(when I was 11)
Her: how much do you weigh?
Me: not that it matters but, 72 pounds, why?
Her: oh I weigh 60 *insert hahah I weigh less than you smile*
When in reality she was at least 15 pounds more.

Another thing would be a friend who keeps repeating her "feats"until you acknowledge it.

I personally can't stand obnoxious gum chewers. You know the ones I'm talking about. They chew a thousand times a second WITH their mouths open while talking, and they think that everyone wants to see what they're chewing. It annoys the hell out of me immediately. Chew with your mouth closed for crying out loud. Just because you're not swallowing it, doesn't mean rules that apply to chewing food don't apply to gum.

Gossip!
A person who gossips can choose whose life they will ruin by the things they tell. Gossipers do not stick to the truth! They can tell anything about anyone and the sad thing is, there are always listeners out there who will hear, repeat, and add to the gossip.
