You will be shocked but,i bet you,i speak kindly as a boy.
i'm never a quick-tempered person so i hardly ever get angry.Even i can laugh to the person who is rude to me :-) and this situation makes them crazy.

I don't take people seriously when they're rude, so I don't have the reaction of being rude to them. It is very rare that I am truly rude, and I usually apologize afterward, even if it is a stranger.

The one exception was recently when I kicked a guy out of my office after he argued, for over an hour, about how he didn't have time to do a five-minute task. He thought it should have been my job to do it. Then he came back the next day with paperwork that he thought PROVED it was my job, and still kept saying he didn't have time for this. Oh I'm getting mad again just typing it!

Pinky,
Not before but now the ruder they get the kinder i become making statements right to the point. I learnt that rude people get happier when they quarrel or dispute with people so i don't give them that chance. Then i just ignore them.

Gypsy is right, they only try to provoke you. If you react on that by being rude back, you give them exactly what they want.

However, I won't speak kindly back either. It's best to ignore rude comments. It's hard to let that kind of comment go by, but only by ignoring them they'll see that this way of addressing people won't get them what they want.

To a point, but it takes a lot more for me to get angry than most.
I like to keep my cool, you will always have the advantage with a clear head when the other person starts to loose it.

Hi;
At the begining of the discussion I use to be very gentle -just to give him a chance- later i'm taking a position a bit higher than his one.

At times, but with sarcasm like I'll say aren't you a doll and stuff like that. But if they catch me on a bad move I'll just tell them to get away from me or leave.

No I don't. In fact I get ruder than they are. One thing I don't tolerate is rudeness. (haha no wait I only tolerate rudeness which is reactionary like mine. So that doesn't count)
