I have ate pizza lots of times that has been sitting out all night. Eat it and enjoy.

The right answer is no but when I was growing up, my mom always left the leftover pizza out and we didn't think twice about eating it. We lived.

If it was covered it should be alright. If not, then it could have attracted all sorts of nasty, crawly things.

It should be ok, if it was just overnight. If you want to be extra safe, you could pick off any meat toppings.
