Are there any guys out there who like a girl thats a bit chubby (I wont say that Im fat, but I am not skinny- 5,5 feet, 140 pounds) I see all these super skinny girls walking around on campus and think that I really have no chance! Sould I try to loose weight or stop comparing?

Gonna share some insider information with you -- most guys DO NOT like the super-skinny girls. They look frail, sickly and malnourished, and they usually have no boobs and no butts. Guys like girls with curves. The vast majority of guys would choose a girl who is a little overweight over a girl who is a little underweight. The curvy girls look robust and healthy. So don't compare yourself to those misled waifs. Strut your stuff, show a little confidence, and you'll be surprised at how many guys are interested.

Yeah you're not fat at all, don't let this get you down. If you feel you could lose a few lbs which who couldn't then just begin to eat right and do some light cardio.
I kinda prefer the smaller ones. But I like them tall, because I am 6'8 280 average linebacker build, so I make everyone small in comparison. My last g/f was 5'11 150 but athletic.
Everyones different though. But don't beat yourself up over this, if you have a great attitude and good personality, then you're a keeper. Just be who you are and don't compare yourself to the tree limb girls, be exotic! ;p

I don't mind a few xtra lbs, and a lot of those super skinny girls aren't healthy. You can try to lose a little but don't starve yourself. The BEST thing would be to start exercising. It's a good habit to get into and the younger you are when you start, the more likely it will become a healthy lifestyle for you.

Yeah, a lot do. Guys I knew referred to girls like that as 'chewy'.
I think that women have it in their heads that they must be really really thin because men do not like fat women. While its true that being fat is a major turn off for most guys, they are much more forgiving of a few extra pounds then most women seem to be.

You're not fat, not even chubby. 5'5" & 140 Lbs is normal. Too many girls are too skinny - it's unheathly and just plain weird!

You have a really nice face and I wouldn't hesitate to talk to you just because you don't fit the weight parameters of a model.

your not fat you sound attractive.society for some reason likes bean poles but personally i think its unhealthy.
