New Zealand!
It has everything; scenery, mountains, beaches (a bit cold for swimming in the south). VERY friendly people (except when they lose the rugby to Australia). Completely safe, lots to do from just lazing around to shooting the rapids in a jet boat.
For Australians, only two hours away by air. For Americans, further away, but the exchange rate means your money will go twice as far.
(And I'm not even a Kiwi!).

VERACRUZ!!! The people are beautiful. The fruits and cooked foods are second to none. The scenery is far to beautiful to be described in just one word. The weather is perfect. The beach is the right shade of blue. Not to mention the people make you feel at home. If you want to vacation in a place like no other, Go to Veracruz.

The Hawaiian island of Kauai. It's every bit the tropical paradise you'd expect from Hawaii, the people are friendly (much more so than on Oahu or Maui), it's not as heavily trafficked by tourists as Maui, there's plenty to see and do, and the atmosphere is relaxing, so you don't feel bad about just sitting on the beach and doing nothing. That's MY idea of a vacation -- get away from it all and do as much or as little as you want.

My two favorite places are Colorado and Wyoming. I love both because of the mountains. One day, I want to live in the mountains. Sigh...

I love EUROPE!!! That place rocks with it's cool shopping opportunities, yummy cafes, and kewl museums its hard to ever be bored there.
