I;m like that too - I dont take a good photo and try to stay away from the camera!!
He must be very shy!!
I guess you cannot force him but just try and encourage him the best you can

Why can't you just respect the guy? Why does EVERYTHING have to be about the girl? No everyone is photogenic and some people (myself included) just don't like fake smiling for cameras. Give the guy a break and get off him about something so trivial before he finds the door and locks it after you're on the other side.

don't try and change him. If he doesn't like doing it, let it go. Get some pix done professionally and call it good.

just tell him its really important to you, and then ask if he can. it might be a self-worth issue. compliment him on how he cools, and reinforce positive feelings about how he looks.
