Christians and muslims are dumb because they base their belief on faith, which means, do not question , just follow what is written in the book . The church and mullahs has to say that because otherwise, the Bible or the koran becomes a crock, with many inconsistencies and many things that simply do not make sense.
So they stay dumb and traditional for another couple of years?

Both questions are rather stupid, if you ask me.
I've been told that there are no dumb questions, but if I were to ever find a truly dumb question, I can be sure of one thing: only fools ask stupid questions!

I don't see this as a question...you are making a statement. You already have your mind made up, so why are you wasting our time?
Anyway, if you had taken any time to study the topic that you claim to know enough about to determine that it is not true you would know that you cannot read the Bible literally. There are concepts and lessons to be learned, but due to translation issues they don't always some through clearly and you have to take the time to comprehend what is being said. Much like I had to do with your question.
As much as I would like to say that YOU are the dumb one, I will refrain. I will simply state that those who hide behind name calling usually don't have anything productive to say. Calling names is the only argument that you have my friend.
Your statement would be taken much more seriously if you could state what you believe without name calling.
You are entitled to your beliefs and I am entitled to mine, however, there is no reason to call names.

Faith does not mean "do not question." Religious people have questioned their own beliefs since there has been religion. Even Mother Theresa questioned her own faith.
A religious book is a tool to find the truth - to find God. There are many differences of opinion regarding every religious book, including the Bible.

No, it is not true.
We do not check in our brains at the door.
It is not about following the book or religion.
We base our faith on the living God, who has revealed Himself to us through His Son, Jesus Christ.
We believe in and trust Him, which is called faith.
It is faith that brought us to Him.
It is faith that keeps us with Him.
You know God exists when He has touched your heart,
as He has with millions of people, for thousands of years.
I hope you will experience the love of God someday,
then you will understand why we love Him.
