Try to remember what you did or experienced a month ago. The reason you are dreaming about it is because it is stuck in your sub-conscience. If you bring it to the forefront you may not dream about it anymore. Also, exercise is a great way to releave some stress.

Get a notebook and keep it by your bed, write the dream down as soon as you awake from it. Write down as much detail as you can remember each time you have a dream. See if you can find a common theme in all the dreams as you build up your collection. Look over the themes, and see if you can find a situation in your life that it seems to fit. In general, it sounds like you are really stressed out. Your options include changing the situation that is stressing you out, or changing your attitude toward the situation so you don't get stressed, or trying to wait out the situation, because it will end eventually. You will get better interpretations from people if you write about a specific dream, who, what, when, where, and how, so people can look at the overall tone of your dream, and reflect on the symbols to try to piece together how they relate to each other. Try posting a specific dream in as much detail as possible...

Dreams are just your mind's way of dealing with things while you sleep. I don't believe every dream has a meaning, but I do believe you dream about certain things because of other things that are on your mind (your self-conscience takes over). Are you worried about something or hiding secrets from someone? Did you also know bad dreams are called "night terrors"? You can search them on the internet and maybe find some helpful solutions to have a better night's sleep. Good luck. I hope you stop having them. I know someone else who has been having nightmares for years (every night).

i've got had comparable reviews. in specific circumstances while this takes place its by way of fact a psychic vampire (modern-day terminology for inncubi or succubi) is draining your skill by way of dream walking. those are genuinely living people who do this, yet they have an out of physique adventure while doing it - so they are form of in spirit. (google it) Dream walking is while yet somebody else close to to the kinfolk or you has made a 'link' with you extremely like a mom and infant (umbilical twine) and that they arrive into your dream state and drain your skill. they must be a individual that has shaped a relatianship with you or somebody it fairly is close to to you and your loved ones. they are able to additionally provide you nightmares and in specific circumstances even attempt to have intercourse with you. Do you experience torpid or drained in specific circumstances while this occurs? some psychic vampires do no longer understand that they are doing this by way of fact they have saved removed from draining skill from others, as a effect they are getting their fill while they are asleep. you need to close the door it fairly is opened on your dream state or decrease the cords with the purpose to speak - they have opened you up and it is extraordinarily risky. it is in many cases extraordinarily confusing to do. examine out dream walking on google and likewise psychic vampires/incubbi's and succubi's additionally. it could additionally be sleep paralysis (examine with community healthcare professional), thats while your physique shuts down yet your techniques is conscious and you realize whats occurring around you yet you won't be able to pass. wish I helped in some way. :)

Try reading an interesting book just before going to sleep. Don't read anything exciting or thrilling though as that could make it worse.

That's what works for me anyway.
