Allah says I am protector of this book but a goat ate some part of Quran.
Allah says don't worship stone Muslim put a black stone in middle of Kaaba and every one use to kiss that stone and pray to that stone.
First see your own shirt prior to find literal truth in Bible.

ok wait a minute yall, i'm a Christian and that i've got experience sufficient to question some issues interior the Bible. might all and multiple in thier perfect strategies, Christian or no longer, take this verse litererally merely because of the fact somebody says you ought to or you're no longer a Christian. 38.Numbers 22:28 Then the LORD opened the mouth of the donkey, and he or she reported to Balaam, “What have I accomplished to you, which you have struck me those thrice?” Numbers 22:27-29 (in Context) Numbers 22 (total financial disaster) Donkey's do no longer communicate. If somebody is taking this actually the two they have not got experience sufficient to question if that is a metaphor or image used to make a factor. There are different issues int he Bible that isn't be able to be taken actually considering that is meant to be a metaphor or symbolic. Die complicated, non versatile, holier than thou Christians who get offended over something and each little thing are people who force human beings faraway from Christ. in the event that they had positioned aside thier "Christian lack of self assurance" long sufficient to easily handle others like human beings, interior the call of Christ, we would have much less self proclaimed athiest around right here. supply me a thumbs down in case you desire to, yet there are Atheist who do have self assurance in Christ yet won't attend a church or have something to do with a Bible because of the fact of severe minded judgmental Christians.

Much of The Bible is open to interpretation. The differences come in how we interpret things.
For example, there are many things in scripture that I feel are symbolic -- the story of creation, for one. The New Testament shows us that Jesus taught in parables, the story of the prodigal son, for example. Since Jesus is God personified, would it not make sense to also assume that God would teach using parables?
That doesn't mean that there still isn't truth or relevance to the story. When Jesus taught about the prodigal son, it didn't matter whether or not there actually was a man who left his father's home and returned. It was the meaning behind the story that mattered, not whether or not those particular events unfolded.
How do I tell the difference? Common sense, basically. To me, a story like the one of Noah is obviously symbolic, because it carries so much classical symbolism.
Why do some people agree with me and many more disagree? Shouldn't the Holy Spirit be guiding us all to the same conclusions? Technically yes ... but being as we're humans, sometimes we tend to listen to ourselves instead.

Q: If you do not believe every word of the bible as literal truth, are you still a christian?
A: I like to think I'm still a Christian, though I don't believe the Bible involves any spiritual truth or validity and I don't believe Jesus was the Son of God, or much else about it. In fact, I don't believe there's anything resembling a Christian walking around on the planet today, other than me.

The most important thing to be concerned about in believing the Bible is what God said about Himself, about mankind, and about His Son, Jesus Christ.
God is the Eternal One who created everything.
God created people in His own image and likeness, with the ability to think freely, reason, understand right from wrong, and create choices, among other things.
People have disobeyed God and rebelled against His rightful authority and committed high treason by trying to usurp His authority, and the penalty for that is death.
God came to earth as Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and having never sinned or disobeyed the Father was not subject to the death penalty, but having known no sin, He actually BECAME sin for us so that we could become righteous before God, having traded places with us.
God can now offer us a pardon based on the vicarious death and resurrection of Jesus Christ if we will but acknowledge our sin and repent (turn away from) living for ourselves supremely to living for God supremely.
If we believe these things, then we do well. Anything else is superfluous.

If you do believe every word of the Bible as literal truth, you are a misguided Christian, because not every word in the bible is meant to be taken as literal truth. The first step in accurate biblical exegesis is discerning which parts of the Bible are to be taken literally, and which parts are metaphorical. Besides, no-one takes every word as literal truth. For example, the statement, "if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out; if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off". I don't see too many fundamentalist Protestants going around with no eyes and no hands. Maybe they just never sin?

If you consider Christianity as a school then the various belief sets are different grades or levels. Some differences are major, others are minor. But one is still a Christian if he accepts Jesus Christ.

The bottom line is the fundamentals. If the Christian believes that Jesus Christ died, rose bodily, is One member of the Trinity, is God and is the only way to salvation, the Virgin birth, that we have a fallen nature, that sin is what God says is sin and that we need forgiveness of our sins, then they are Christian. Everything else is secondary.

The Bible is not inspired by God, the scriptures are. They may be similar, but currently are not identical). (That difference is one potential source of division in Christianity world wide presently).
The terms(words) may mean two different things depending on application of the '2 or more witnesses' principle; given to Jews, and later to Christians.
