Ok I have been noticing a lot of hate towards some of these people that don't believe in the same thing that we do. Or if it is not hate than just plain sarcasm, or just not acting like Jesus would. So my point here is that we are really defacing our image to these people. Think before you talk (type) don't let the devil fill you with anger, because he is winning right now. We of all people should be showing love towards people, preaching salvation, because we care so much. I am not saying I am perfect so please do not judge me. I seen a muslim write a question showing is love and understanding towards atheists. They actually appreciated it except for the whole God part. So Christians please watch how you act, remember we are a living testimony. God bless you all

Also I am a firm believer in preaching the truth (the bible). So to ask a muslim or Jehovah witness why is Jesus just a prophet, is not wrong. It is ok to point out what is tought to us and what we believe, because we know it is the truth. People won't agree but than they just don't agree with the bible. That's all it is they might not like us but it's the bible that we speak.

There is also a point where Christians must take on the armor of God and be as Christian warriors.

Points in fact: islam, by it's own "holy" books, demands dominance over everyone and everything. It also calls for the death of Jews and Christians. It also permits, and encourages, the use of deceit and deception in obtaining its goals. islam is anything BUT a peaceful religion.

So, how should a Christian act concerning islam? The first step is to recognize islam for what it is (it's true nature). The second step is to act accordingly to preserve and protect ourselves and our loved ones. The third step is to pray that they (as well as ALL non-believers) come to know the love and mercy of the one true God.

There comes a point that everyone should be acutely aware of the violence. Look at the terrorist acts of the past decade. Who is commiting these acts? They are NOT being done in a vacuum! These are REAL innocent people being murdered in the name of islam.

This is not "hatred". It is awareness of the problem.

Have you troubled to research the origins of the calendar? Whoever dominated the sector (or so much of it) dominated the calendar. The Romans had been always monkeying round with the calendar in order that they would honor themselves. They did honestly type of decide on one, nevertheless it was once a couple of days too lengthy and required plenty extra correcting through the years than our sensible Leap Year predicament. The Gregorian calendar, so known as for Pope Gregory who "constant" it. Because the Catholic church then dominated the sector, type of, they counted from the devout perspective. Since the calendar labored, it grew to be commonly used because the church was once commonly unfold. It could be relatively foolish to monkey with it once more simply given that of that historical illustration. The so much they have performed is difference the reference for the time earlier than from Before Christ to Before Common Era. Not certain I nonetheless just like the AD (Anno Domini), which remains to be a devout designation, however at a few factor you must hold speed with the sector and the sector has to hold speed with you. That's some of the motives we transformed our Daylight Savings agenda--to check what a lot of the leisure of the western international was once doing. I simplest want persons could begin announcing the yr appropriately. The years depend upward, so after 19 comes 20. Our yr is twenty-oh-9, and subsequent yr is twenty-ten, and many others.

I read all that you had to write. Now, will you read my response and ponder it? Hate towards sin is commanded in scripture for biblical love does not rejoice in iniquity (Do you recall in scripture that Jesus cleansed the temple)? God hates sin and Christ was righteously angry with those in the temple who were turning His Father's house into a den of thieves. Do I hate believers or unbelievers? NO. I hate their sin, but I hate my sin more! Enough to continually examine myself and repent by the grace of God. As for preaching salvation, I say amen and also I say, that to tell someone the truth that unless they repent of their sin and trust in Christ Jesus alone to be saved from the wrath to come is love - biblical love! It is not my intention to sound or come off as harsh, simply to speak the truth.

I don't agree with you at all. Some sacrifice truth for the sake of "love", but 1 Corinthians 13 says that love rejoices in truth. If the true message of Jesus Christ has to be watered down to avoid having someone offended, then it isn't God's love, it's just a fallen form of sinful "love" of man.

Besides, Paul used sarcasm, Jesus used sarcasm. It isn't always the way to go, but for them, occasionally it was. So, I'll take their word over yours.

The most dangerous idea is my God is the only true God and my religion is the only true religion. It leads to quarrels, divisiveness, terrorism, prejudice, racism and bloodshed.

All religious ideas are programmed into our consciousness at a very early age. We hold them to be true. It’s very difficult to step out of that condition even in the face of good intellectual reasoning because of emotional bondage to our condition. We bristle with emotions when our beliefs are threatened.

So true!

All Believers in Christ shold have tese verses commited to memory:

Matthew 5:43-48 (New International Version)

43"You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' 44But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
