The other day I was leaning down to tie my shoe and I guess my lower back tattoo, which is of Jesus on the cross, was exposed just above my pant line. Some old lady comes up and starts hitting me with her hand bag and shouting that I am going to hell. What the hell??? It's something personal to me and it's my way of praising Jesus. Shouldn't she just mind her own business?

Well tattooing is a pagan ritual. It wont send you to hell but your testimony means something i hope. By the way Jesus is not on the Cross anymore. He rose again and the is the victory we should be celebrating. Victory over hell and death. Having a tattoo will not send you to hell. Denying Jesus will. We as Christians are held to a standard of the bible and the lost are watching. Live like Jesus would and win others to him.

I'm sure you do have a personal reason for glorifying Jesus that way but the bible also says not to mark your body in that way and that's probably why she got offended. She really didn't have any right to hit you though, it's not like it was a tatoo of the devil.

haha that old lady rules. No but I think there is scripture for having tattoos, really wish I knew it. Plus Jesus is not on the cross anymore, so take him down!
