I do documents that have to be forwarded to others but even though i save it with the final document, when it is received, all the tracking of changes show up . What can io do to avoid this?

I assume you mean trackin changes in Word. In Tools and Options switch off track changes before you save.

That depends on what e-mail program you're using, I think. If you can save the document, just create a new e-mail message, and attach the document to be forwarded.

If all the "forwarded by" comments show on the screen when you hit the "forward" button, delete all of them.

If your e-mail system treats each forwarding as a separate attachment that has to be opened to be seen (like the nesting russian dolls), and you don't see the actual message until you've opened all 7 nested attachments, then only forward the innermost one that actually contains the message or document you want to send.
