That's not a taser, it's a stun gun.
Your big concern is that someone will take it away and use it on you.

That device that you have is more deadlier than the ones the police use, actually about three times more powerful.
If i were you i would feel just as uncomfortable with it myself if i didn't know if it is legal were you live because every jurisdiction has it's own set of laws.
Don't be afraid to bring it into you local police department and have them look at it.
Because there was a young kid in Ontario that had a gun either exactly like the one you have or a different type but he still got charged with position of an illegal weapon,it was alot more powerful than the ones the police used and they (police) said it could of killed someone or severely injured a person.
So it's up to you but if i had it i wouldn't think twice about bringing it in just so they can see it for themselves, trust me you won't go wrong by doing that and it'll give a more piece of mind.

Taser has been sued many times for the stun guns killing people, but each case has been dismissed or Taser was found not be at fault. If you use it to defend yourself, no legal trouble will come to you. I am not sure if it is considered a concealed weapon though, I think that only applies to guns. Is a pepper spray a concealed weapon?

If someone breaks into your house, while you are there or assaults you, they are taking the chance that you will react with deadly force.
While it would be nice to think that everyone, bears no ill feelings towards us, the truth is that these idiots are looking for trouble. Often, its a only a matter of who gets hurt, not whether or not, who gets hurt.
Until we, as a society learn new methods to deal, or eliminate, these creeps, keep the stun gun, ball bat, .45 or cannon handy.

FIRST, I ought to maximum suitable your gleaming lack of wisdom. The 2d modification has no longer something to do with looking, it grow to be instilled to allow the unfastened human beings of this u . s . a . a means to safeguard themselves against a repressive government which that they had merely fought to unfastened themselves. you could study extra for your self by merely finding. Christ on a cracker! is that this the type of education my tax money help?!!!!? Secondly your concept has many many flaws. The Tazer has a super type of downsides, cumbersome clothing can deter the darts, no longer each cartridge works whilst fired and it could in user-friendly terms be fired as quickly as earlier reloading which takes approximately 30 seconds. needless to say you have in no way been assaulted by extra beneficial than one criminal, in case you had then you might know that on a similar time as you are going to be able to offer up one, the different will straight away subdue you and do what he needs. MY GUN(s) on the different hand will the two intimidate and KILL each time. in case you do no longer think of that a bullet will supply up a desperate attacker you're thoroughly incorrect. merely my .357 on my own, which in user-friendly terms holds 5 rounds, can supply up 3 criminal whether I pass over two times. A TAZER won't be able to. advance UP ALREADY and supply up listening to that moron instructor who's scared to bypass out at night because of the fact she thinks weapons are undesirable.

Stun guns could kill, just like a tazer. If you use it on a person, be sure your life is in peril. Be prepared to accept the fact that the person could die, although highly unlikely. Then, you'll only use it appropriately. If you stun someone in your house, you probably will be questioned by police. Don't speak without an attorney.

Don't worry about it. Us it for protection anywhere. If someone attacks you, gets tasered, then dies, it is his problem.
I think pepper spray is a better defensive weapon. It is small, easy to carry, and you can immobilize more than one person at a time, if it becomes necessary.

The only people who die from tazer guns are people with heart trouble, the elderly, and drug addicts. Coke and tazers don't mix. There is no way you could have a tazer gun, it's a stun gun.

What kind of a neighborhood do you live in ? If I were you, I would turn the tazer into your nearest police station and call a moving company immediately.
