Coffee Cake
CAKE
• 1 c margarine
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c milk
• 3 c flour
• 1/2 c melted margarine
FILLING
• 1 1/2 c brown sugar (may substitute 1 cup of chopped nuts for 1/2 cup brown sugar)
• 2 tsp cinnamon
ICING
• Combine a small amount of powdered sugar with water to make a thin glaze.
• Blend margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Alternate milk with dry ingredients.
• Pour 1/2 of the batter in a greased 9x13 pan. Add 1/2 of filling and cover with remaining batter. Top with remaining filling.
• Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 300 degrees. Pour 1/2 cup melted margarine on top and bake for 45-50 minutes longer.
• Let it cool slightly and then drizzle with powdered sugar icing.

Coca-Cola Cake
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 Tbl cocoa
• 1 cup butter or margarine
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup Coca-Cola®
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 9x13” baking pan. • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. • Heat butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola® to boil and pour over the flour mixture. Mix well. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla extract and marshmallows and blend. The batter will be thin with marshmallows floating on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
Frosting:
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 3 Tbl cocoa
• 6 Tbl Coca-Cola®
• 1 box confectioners’ sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Boil butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola®. Remove from heat and blend in sugar and vanilla extract. Spread on warm cake.

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup coffee flavored liqueur
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt cake pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and instant pudding. Add the eggs, oil, coffee flavored liqueur, and water, mix until well blended. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small saucepan, heat cream and instant coffee, until hot enough to dissolve coffee crystals. Pour into a bowl. Stir in the confectioners' sugar and coffee flavored liqueur. Pour over warm cake. Let cool before serving.

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (520 g) package yellow cake mix (You just use the cake mix as is, do not add other ingredients listed on cake box.)
1 (92 g) package vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs

Stir together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and rum.

Bake at 325 in oven for 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Invert onto serving plate and prick top.
Glaze-----------------.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in water and sugar.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in rum.
Brush glaze evenly over top and sides of cake.
Allow cake to absorb glaze.
Repeat until glaze is used up.

OMG. If you go to Kroger than go to the cake section there are so many cakes you can make. I don't know the ingrediants but there is fudge, oreo, chocolate, cheese cake there's all kinds. The ingrediants are on the back. Their cakes are so good!!!!! TRY IT!

Butterfinger Crunch Cake
1 box devil's food cake mix (prepare as directed for 2 layers)
1 jar Caramel topping
1 tub Cool Whip
2 regular size Butterfinger bars (crushed to bits)
After cake cools, repeatedly poke handle of cooking spoon into top of cake to about halfway through the layer, making holes all over top of cake. Drizzle half the jar of caramel over top of layer so it runs into holes on top. Cover layer with Cool Whip and sprinkle some of Butterfinger bits over it. Place second cake layer on top and repeat.

Sundae Cake
Cake Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini real semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Topping Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
3 cups fruit (halved strawberries, cut-up fresh pineapple and/or sliced bananas)
1/2 cup strawberry ice cream topping
Mini real semisweet chocolate chips, if desired
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar and baking powder in large mixer bowl. Add milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Increase speed to medium. Beat until well mixed. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips by hand.
Spread batter into greased and floured 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with peanuts. Bake for 28 to 32 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Beat chilled whipping cream in chilled small deep mixer bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until soft peaks form. Continue beating, gradually adding powdered sugar, until stiff peaks form.
Cut cooled cake into squares. Place each serving onto individual plates. Top with fresh fruit and strawberry topping; dollop with whipped cream and chocolate chips, if desired.
