Sometimes i cut them up and eat them as a snack but they always dry out (and taste bland), is there some way to keep them crisp, moist and fresh like a special container or something?

I wrap mine in a dampened paper towel and place them in a sandwich bag. They are nice and crisp when you want them.

i attempt to bypass as quickly as each week. i attempt to get some variety of fruit juice like the V8 splash or Orange juice etc. I easily have cereal right here, and that i attempt to have that for the milk interior the morning, otherwise a poptart or something. As for lunch, I do countless issues each week. This week I have been given some frozen food cuz they have been 88cents. they have vegetables etc. on factors too, so figured that wasn't undesirable lol. Othertimes I make pb&j sandwiches. I continually have crackers and cheese available. There are countless soups accessible that have much less sodium. stable good fortune. i know i'm no longer the main suitable eater, yet I merely attempt to stability abode and paintings meals.

Roll them up into some plastic wrap. First run them under some cold water and shake off the excess.

You need to keep them moist and cold if possible. Do you have a fridge at the office?

So simple mate.

Cook in boiling salted water approximately 5 minutes. Steam 7 minutes. Wash with warm water.

Done.

You can have it anytime you want.
It'll be as smooth as silk.

Add coriander for taste if u want.

before you leave for work put them in a container of cold water put a lid on it and off you go
