if my brother's account was the first one on this computer .. but he add'd me and gave my account full access .. can i delete his account, making mine primary .. then add a new one for him . will these delete or mess up original installation ? and do i have to pay to update the word processor program ? the one i have word perfect office 2002 (kinda wack) . also does anyone know what WingMan Software is for ??

If you are talking about windows accounts, yes, you can delete his, but it will screw his account up. There is no notion of "primary" account in windows, are you talking about AOL? In general, deleting accounts (any kind) does not remove software. If you are not happy with your word processing software, you can purchase a better one.

No clue on WingMan, sorry.
