Can professionally qualified Physiotherpist (e.g. BPT or MPT) in India prefix "Dr." before their name ?

In India professional qualification for the Physiotherapists are B.P.T or M.P.T. BPT is graduation of 4-1/2 years duration including internship whereas MPT is Masters degree. Can holders of these degrees from recognised Universities prefix "Dr." before their name. I understand that there is some judgment in UP High Court as well as in Supreme Court on this issue. Can any body give me correct answer ?

Because physiotherapist is a bachelor's level position that does not require an MD degree, no, a physiotherapist wouldn't be called Doctor.
