Purpose: to entertain children and elderly people by demonstration of dolls/puppets. or should I call Puppet Show?

Can you give a little more context, so we can understand what you are referring to ?

Is this for a toy salesman or manufacturer ?

OK - now I understand a bit better.

If you mean that the dolls/puppets act out stories, I think that "puppet show" is correct.

If you are just showing them, "doll show" sounds more like it.
