when talking to her ask what she's doing tomorrow or this weekend or whatever.. just as if you were curious. if she says she doesn't have any plans it will be easy for you to suggest the two of you getting together!

That's strangely confident that you know she's going to say yes. So in that case, you really should just say when you're hanging out sometime (alone) you know, do you want to be my girlfriend? It's the best way to say it, there's no need to make up a weirdly put together sentence, straight to the point. Like you weren't up all night trying to find the right words.

Just start talking and see what words come out. Sounds like a crap plan, I know, but if those words are coming from the heart they'll be the right ones. Always works for me anyway :)

I think you are silent lover. You should come out of this shell and ask her to go with you in a nearby garden and restaurant. It is your duty to do this, Girls like to be invited to resort to dating. She will not say any thing if you do not take initiative in t his direction. good luck.

Just find out what she likes to do, and ask her to go with you. If she likes a certain band, get tickets for it. If she like sports events, take her to the type she likes. If she wants to see a certain movie, ask her if she would like to go with you. If she likes a certain kind of foo, take her out to eat.
