I have gone through the Koran to have an understanding of the muslim folks. But I haven't seen where the Koran say kill all non muslims or kill anyone who does not accept islam. As a matter of fact the holy prophet Mohammed encouraged everyone to keep their various faith as long as the are faithful the doctrine enshrined in their faith. So where are the fundamentalists, extremists and the various leaders of islamic terrorist organizations getting their propaganda from. Or don't the recruits read the Koran for themselves?

No, I think they'd rather convert than kill. There is plenty in the Qur'an about killing non-Muslims but as far as I can tell it's in the context of being attacked by them, or at war with them, not killing people merely for their non-belief.

Its essentially politics. A similar question would be dont the US troops(I support the troops by the way) see that they are fighting for oil and not democracy or weapons of mass destruction? Whether the question is right or wrong (its right), there is/was a big enough campaign to portray the war as another thing rather than the truth that the lie was seen as the truth.
You can essentially use anything out of any book to your own agenda and when people start taking small pieces out of context especially when the writing it self is vague, its not that hard to twist the writing to your own wants.

Christians shouldn't be reading the Koran, period. Of course this is my opinion and I stand firm in it.

2John 1:10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting,
2John 1:11 for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works.
We really should be like King David and be careful as to what we set before our eyes.

There's a great difference between the teachings of the Koran, the verbs of today's Muslims and the false accusations of the Islamophobe.

If you want to know what the Koran says, read the Koran and study Islam from AUTHENTIC ISLAMIC SCHOLARS. Please try this site:

I desire human beings might lay off the tit-for-tat nonsense that Muslims are no worse than us through fact look what the Catholics did, blah blah blah. I desire human beings might lay off the Bible-thumping and have an unique theory for as quickly as on right here--and that i'm a Christian. in case you ask if Muslims could be depended on, you mean which you think of they can't. to demonstrate a team of people to contempt and dislike, or hatred, is RACIST. i do no longer understand why i'm bothering to respond to a racist question. i assume I stay in wish of influencing, if no longer you, then another reader. Can Muslims be depended on? particular and no. some, you are able to have confidence along with your existence. Others, in no way. In different words, Muslims are purely human beings like everybody else. There are evil and nasty Muslims, purely like there are evil and nasty Christians and evil and nasty atheists and evil and nasty members of the different faith or unfaith team. everybody is purely human beings, in different words. i'm a Christian, no longer through fact I even have made a careful learn of all of the international's religions and desperate in this one, yet through fact it the religion of my family members and my ancestors and my historical past. Christian theory has sustained and inspired and strengthed us via appalling hardships for generations--as certainly has Islam sustained Muslims the two effectively. "compliment the Lord, and bypass the ammunition" isn't meant as a intense theological place, yet i think of you recognize that. "Kill the Infidels" is a connection with killing enemies of Islam, interior the days of the Crusaders. Re-examine your historic past books in case you do no longer think of that Islam replaced into under attack at that factor. pondering the raping and the looting and pillaging carried on by using self-styled "warriors of Christ" (who have been in fact louts and hooligans out for adventure), i can not say i certainly blame the Muslims for asserting that. you will sense an identical way if somebody killed each and all of the adult males on your loved ones, raped and killed each and all of the girls human beings, and burned and stole each thing you owned. In different words, "compliment the Lord and bypass the ammmunition" has have been given no longer something to do with Jesus and "kill the Infidels" has have been given no longer something to do with the Prophet, peace be upon him.

Koran or any other Religious text, before it could speak about any body's killing it should speak about the purpose of him whom he wanted to kill if he is there to kill.

No one does or have any thing with out a purpose.

The impartial mark on every one is, "HUMAN". The partial mark of man on him self is that he is Muslim and non-Muslim. The partial mark could not wipe away the impartial mark.

Which text speak about the purpose of "HUMAN"?

The Qur'an does say "Kill the disbelievers" but the context is WAR or SELF-DEFENSE not merely because of their disbelieve. This is a common tactic used by Islam-haters to spread lies abt this peacefull religion.

They read it, but some misinterpret it.

I had a person who'd come to my page and bring bits and bites and claim that Islam is not right based on those bits and bites... when I cleared them out for him, and showed him how they are linked to one another, he actually began learning about the religion and is now a Muslim.

Funny how things flow, huh?

Peace.

7. Allâh has set a seal on their hearts and on their hearings, (i.e. they are closed from accepting Allâh's Guidance), and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be a great torment.

8. And of mankind, there are some (hypocrites) who say: "We believe in Allâh and the Last Day" while in fact they believe not.

9. They (think to) deceive Allâh and those who believe, while they only deceive themselves, and perceive (it) not!

10. In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy) and Allâh has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies.

11. And when it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth," they say: "We are only peacemakers."

12. Verily! They are the ones who make mischief, but they perceive not.

13. And when it is said to them (hypocrites): "Believe as the people (followers of Muhammad Peace be upon him , Al-Ansâr and Al-Muhajirûn) have believed," they say: "Shall we believe as the fools have believed?" Verily, they are the fools, but they know not.

14. And when they meet those who believe, they say: "We believe," but when they are alone with their Shayâtin (devils - polytheists, hypocrites, etc.), they say: "Truly, we are with you; verily, we were but mocking."

15. Allâh mocks at them and gives them increase in their wrong-doings to wander blindly.

16. These are they who have purchased error for guidance, so their commerce was profitless. And they were not guided.

Somewhere like Succoh (spelling?) chapter 9. I think of "Sugar" for the name.

Compare this to the 5 chapters of 1st John.
