What crazy things has your fiance come up with for the wedding? I want to hear the weirdest and wackiest things they wanted.
Mine wanted the men in the bridal party to wear blue wifebeater singlets on the beach. The worst part is I think he was serious!

Well, first my fiance wanted a cowboy theme, nothing wrong with that one, it's just not what i envisioned. Next, he got this crazy idea that he just HAD to wear a purple shirt under his black tux, again nothing wrong with that, however, the colors of our wedding are Chocolate, Ivory, White, Autumn Colors basically. After that idea, he wanted to wear a zoot suit complete with chain hanging from his pants and black and white saddle shoes. Oh my GAWD! This is where i drew the line. lol. I told him that there is only one day where i can wear a beautiful wedding dress. He can wear the outfits he likes any other day after we're married. So i can only imagine what our honeymoon will be like. Pray for me. lol

We've been really in sync about our wedding ideas since the start. The answers have been funny, but I'm glad to be reading as an outsider rather than having to fend off these crazy plans!

My fiance wants to break the glass like in Jewish weddings. We're getting married in a Catholic church. I told him I didn't think that would fly with the priest. He also doesn't want his groomsmen to wear the same tux. And he wanted to register at Best Buy.

Mine wants to be married wearing a Pittsburgh Penguins jersey, and yes he is serious. he also wants to not tell anyone until they get here that we are getting married....I just dont see how a suprise wedding will work out, but anyways.....

My partner wants a stupid unity candle and gazzillion groomsmen. I told him that the unitica candle was corny and he got upset! I put my foot down and said No unity candle and 4 GM tops, 3 GM preffered.

hehe my fiance's joke of having a Star Wars themed wedding was not nearly as traumatizing as my dad's serious suggestion that we have the reception "at a place like Denny's or Bob Evans"!!!

No, they didn't scare me, I was really glad of his in-put and ideas, although some of them were not all that suitable I didn't ever make him feel like his ideas were stupid, I just simply "forgot" about the really crazy ones lol....

my husband wanted an Ohio State Buckeyes themed wedding ... including a minister in the Brutus mascot attire to marry us, me in a cheerleader outfit, ring bearers and flower girls carrying footballs and dropping buckeyes ... obviously it did not happen.
