You have had a hard day at work, at sports, whatever. Or maybe you wore super-painful high heel shoes?

You fill a large pot or basin.........anything big enough to fit your feet into.......the deeper the better.......fill it with cold water and ice cubes.

It will be a slight shock when you first put them in.........but then you will get THE MOST DELICIOUS RELIEF!!!!

After about 10 minutes, it feels like you have NEW FEET!

I love it!

P.S.: I was told that this works so much better than hot/warm, because it shrinks the engorged blood vessels and capillaries.........or something, lol.

I walk between 9 and 15 miles a night (no kidding, it really is that many miles, logged it for a year) at work. I don't do anything special to my feet other than wash them after I remove my shoes, but that just sounds like something that would be worse than aching feet. However, I am going to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it. If it works then I am going to recommend it to my peers.

Hey, you never know. I heard a guy swear that a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is nasty without a slice of "Kentucky Round steak" on it (bologna).

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Stay away from those super-painful high heel shoes, girl!

They wil RUIN your feet.

Oh! I didn't know that. I always thought it is hot water that gives relief to tired feet. Will try it if I have tired feet next time.

I used to take ice baths... I'd fill the tub with bags of ice and then water... I'd get in and listen to music for about 15 minutes. It always made me feel good.
