Is it ok if someone is playing Song that has many Allah words in their car with open windows? Is it legal?

why wouldn't it be legal? If there are people driving around with songs talking about ho's, gangbanging, drugs, and things like that, what is wrong with allah? I would rather hear about religion then half of the things some rap music talks about.

Noise level ordinances may apply but there is nothing against that particular content. If the person is doing this to try and start a problem he may get more than he bargained for and depending on the situation could be charged with inciting a riot but that would take alot of qualifiers.

Loud music has been around since just about the beginning of time.

Yes, the word Allah is protected free speech under the 1st Amendment. Unless speech is threatening or obscene it is protected by the Constitution.

This is unlike Islamic countries where if you played a song with Jesus in the title you would be prosecuted. In the US we have free speech.

Yes. It is legal. Many American minds would say no it is not legal, but hey what matters is the LAW that says you can or the law that doesn't say you Can't.
