Nope, don't need to do anything to them, munch away. Some open up into pockets, which are fantastic for chicken or seafood salads, or any sandwich fixings. Others are thicker, flatbread style that you can wrap around anything you like. Most people prefer to warm them up before eating, you can toss them in a skillet with a tiny bit of olive oil spritzed on and they turn out great, but they are ok cold.

Pitta bread can be eater cold and straight from the packet but it does not taste as good. You don't have to grill it you can put it in the oven or micro. As for fillings you can put what you fancy in it from sandwich fillings to cooked meat, fish, salad the choices are endless. Pitta bread is delicious with dips also

You can eat pitta straight from the packet but it's best in the oven (not under the grill) with hummus - oh yeah - my mouth is watering!

Warm your pitta under a grill or better on the barbie, meanwhile mix some olive oil iwth chopped garlic, when pitta is lightly toasted paint garlic oil over it & cut into slices (fingers) this is great party food, excellent with dips.
ENJOY

Yes they can be...but I prefer them done under the grill for a few minutes. But I do sometimes have them for lunch and I love to fill them with a ham salad or a chicken salad, they are very tasty and very good for you

Yes you can. It does not have to be filling only. You can break it in to small pieces and soak in any kind of hot curry (like chicken curry/lamb curry/prawn curry etc.) for about five minutes and it makes wonderfull meal. Add some butter for added flavour. Eat raw onion salad or onion and yogurt salad on the side.

You can eat it and it will still taste good, but if you can hear it up, it would be good to heat it just because it will taste better :) but the tuna and cream cheese bit sounds good, but maybe it's just me that's not a fan of the pesto bit. Hope this helps :)

You can eat them straight from the packet or you can grill them, it's up to you. I like to fill mine with cous-cous, chicken and sweetcorn with mayonnaise or just cut it up and serve with dips like hoummous and sour cream
