I can't stop thinking about her....they have been dating a year. I have driven from my college to hers to see her and hang out. We haven't had sex, but we have slept in the same bed and cuddle and talked and been very very close to making out. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Reverse the situation. Would you like your girl's best boy-friend to do such things to your girl? How would you feel then??

What does it lead to in the relationship between this girl & her boyfriend? You are seeding seeds of distrust between her & her boyfriend & even if you do win her to your side in the end, she ain't stupid & this seed of distrust will grow even when you have a relationship with her.

Just be a friend with her & friendship do has it's limits. That means you keep your hands to yourself & let her find her own way. If she comes to you later & wants a relationship - good! If not, just move on with your life.

#1 Open your eyes and see the obvious.

Is there a ring on the third finger of her left hand?
No, then technically the girl is in play.

#2 If she's willing to flirt/cuddle in bed with you, she's NOT committed to her 'boyfriend' so you have a good chance of winning the girl. (Unless said cuddling happened while she was drunk/stoned)

#3 Pay attention. (Not to me, to her) You have a huge advantage. You know about boyfriend, he doesn't know about you. So, if you hear a passing complaint, take note. If you hear a 'it's so great when he....' take note. Be subtle, but learn and act on her likes and dislikes.

#4 Do NOT become the father confessor. Big mistake. If she is bitching about her boyfriend, she's in a bad mood & you do not want that mood associated with YOU. A better approach is to suggest she take a break from her worries and just have some fun. (With you of course) If she starts to complain about boyfriend again during the evening say "Nope, this is a bad news about boyfriend free evening. I already know how bad guys can mess things up. Why don't you tell me about the nicest, sweetest, sexiest thing a guys ever done for you? Tell me what you wish every guy knew."

#5 Be a genuine friend. Do NOT break up a relationship just to get laid. If you think she's a keeper, go for it. But don't disrupt a relationship that's working for one you have no intention of maintaining.

Good Luck.

My advice is to hope the best for her and her bf, even though you want to be with her. Afterall, you don't want to break anyone up. So, just keep being her friend, it sounds like she likes the friendship you two have. Keep being there for her, but since she has a bf, there's no reason why you shouldn't put your good traits to good use and seek out dates with other women at your college. You can keep being friends with her and one day if the cards flop that you two go to the next level, then I guess great. But for now, you can keep her on your mind that is fine, but don't put all of your eggs into one basket. Good luck!

what you need to do is. leave her along, the fact that she with
someone else and talking to you say it all. she not the one for
you, if she can cheated on him with you. then what do you think will happen if you get together, trust me she not the one
that you need to be with. she playing games and that not good for anyonne. you need to find someone that will want
to be with you and only you. dont settle to be second best to
any one.
