i find it popping into my head about 4 times a week. sometimes its serious sometimes just little thoughts.

Get some help NOW! Suicide is a "permanent" solution to a "temporary" problem. There is an underlying reason why you are ruminating about suicide. Find out what that is before suicide starts to seem easier and easier to pull off. If you can't afford a Psychiatrist, go to the nearest County mental health facility, whatever, just speak with a professional or someone you trust to help you find help. You can't go this
one alone, you need people. Do it today, and then check back in with Yahoo answers, and let us know how your doing. Choose life, Brother!! Its temporary, don't make it permanent. I forgot to mention, if you belong to a church, talk to the Priest, Pastor, Rabbi,etc. But don't try and "pray this one away". You need prayer and spiritual guidance, but you also need professional guidance. And one last thing, Don't leave this Earth if you don't personally know your maker. Very, Very important!

If you have to ask this question then you should be worried about it. If you really want to live and have a wonderful life then you need to seek the proper help. even when things are at the utmost worst point, I do not think of ending my life. Believe me I have been through some things that many could not even imagine. I am here if you need a listening ear. Just give me an email.

Once is too often. Talk to your doctor or school counsellor about getting some support. You can even go to your local ER for help, or even call 911.

If you get the feeling to commit suicide (either once or 100 times does not matter) that itself is worrisome ........... and shoudl go for expert help.
Please do that asap................. because if you continue with this feeling, a day might when the feeling become really serious and you might commit .............
Please get expert opinion.............

My best friend killed himself when we were 26 - don't do it.
