This one is versatile:

Meat can be boneless thin pork chops, round steak, or chicken breast.

I use frozen stir fry veggies from Walmart, they have a baby corn version, and a snow pea version. When I make a large batch requiring 2 bags, I use one of each.

I also add half a small fresh cabbage, shredded, you could buy coleslaw shreds if you like, which makes it easy.

To use fresh veggies, your choices are limitless, prep them all into similar sized pieces to cook evenly.

I use orange juice, sesame oil, ginger and garlic for the sauce.

To make it, start a pot of rice first, and this will be done right on time.

chop up a fast fry steak, (or chicken, but it will take longer to cook)
get a skillet, put oil, garlic, anything spicy if you want it that way, and some soya sauce, or terikayi, depends what you like. throw in some brocolli, snow peas, basically hey..any veggies you like, or dont like. fry for a few minutes, toss, fry a bit more, untill how you like it (people like their veggies cooked different) It all comes down to what spiced you like, and what veggies you like.
stir fry is one of the easiest things to make, and tastes good.
