I guess you could go for some Veggie Stix, trail mix (even though there's dried fruit in it), or any gummy candy. Gummy candy supposedly is healthier than most other candies out there. So's popcorn. Chocolate would be OK, too, I think. Especially the dark kind. If you're willing to spend a little more on a late-night snack, I'd suggest some delicious water crackers with hummus or seafood dip, or flat-breads with crumbled blue cheese. Mm, that always gets me going. Enjoy!

take a slice of toasted bread top it with little olive oil and a slice of fresh tomato ,or grated fresh tomato the top with cottage cheese,cream cheese or feta cheese( the best),you can add some slices of fresh olives (optional) or cucumbers (optional) then sprinkle with oregano!Ta~ ram !a healthy and delicious light snack thats what i do when i feel hungry at night hope you like my idea!

A simple snack. Hot, buttered toast.
If you like, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on it first. Or top with a slice of cheese and toast it. Or, after it is toasted, spread peanut butter.
If you use whole grain toast, it's good for you!
Toast is easy, cheap and quick.

I LOOOOOOVE a ham and cream cheese sandwich. it quite is it. No bread, purely 2 slices of canned ham with cream cheese between. carry the ham slices like a sandwich with the cheese interior the middle. i'm drooling down my chin purely thinking approximately it. no longer good weight loss software nutrition, yet you purely asked for well-known. thank you! Triscits with something on top.... like a little cheese.... lite cheese if you prefer....or jam. or honey (honey would be a bit healthier) maybe something you'd find in a salad like a tomato.
