I half-heartedly watched the movie for the first time a few months ago. As documentaries go it was well made enough but the content was predictable. Whilst the science on which much of the movie is based is sound enough Gore doesn't do a particularly good job of portraying it, nor is he entirely accurate in his presentation; but I guess the same could be said about a whole number of documentaries.

The movie and Al Gore are of little consequence, it's the science that counts.

I havn't seen either. I believe in the science behind global warming, and that swift and drastic action has to be taken, but as far as Al Gore goes, he can shove his movie up his a$$. He is the biggest hipocrit in the world. Carbon offsets big deal, its a really good mixed message he is sending to future generations. What a retard.

Hey, Doc!!!

A PERFECT X-ample of BOTH is to read the book: "A Million Little Pieces" ( It's been awhile, so I forgot the "loser's" name that wrote it) He was on Oprah Winfrey promoting his "book" claiming it ALL to be non-fiction, only to admit later that HE LIED!!!!! A.M.H, (America's Most Hated) since the "DOOFUS" who caught the ball in the stands at the "infamous Cub-game"
