Like i own one and like I have used it before and I have not seen any results yet so like I might be doing it wrong, so if anyone can tell me how you should sit and like where your hands and feet go that would be awesome. thanks

You throw it out. It's useless and doesn't work.

You should stick to the good old crunch and sit up.

you can't spot reduce fat.

you can train the abs for hours daily but with out the proper diet there will be no decrease in the body fat percentage and the abdominal wall will remain hidden behind a nice layer of fat.

someone I know uses it and it actually works
but that person is obsessed with it and she said that she does sometimes up to 200 reps with it
