im 5' 4 and im 104 pounds and i want to know what to eat not like protiens like what foods and i want something i can find in my cabinet and i play football thats why i want to gain wieght

To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. While you can get fat from eating carbohydrates or protein, your body likes to use carbohydrates as fuel more than fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.

They did tell you that muscle weighes more than fat.
You might want to build up some muscle, while you're at it. Just adding on fat pounds is not healthy especially if you plan to play football.
Eat lots of green veggies, eat some boiled eggs, tuna, practically any meat is high in protein.
Go talk to the football coach, he should be able to give you the right pointers on bulking up without porking out.

eat proteins eggs meat broast for carbs potatos and rice and dring lot of water perfom exercise consistenly if u do not then u r not able to gain masss perfom 6 sets 5 to 7 reps of all exercise should take one egg one glass of banana shake and one potato 1 hour before u start doing exercise and do the same after u have done the exercise with the passage of time u will get hungry and increase the amount but u should be consistent remember gain mass inculde 60% diet and 40% exercise so eat lot lot

If you just want to put on pounds, drink a Carnation instant breakfast made with whipping cream instead of milk, right before you go to bed. Or you could just eat peanut butter like crazy.
