Well, try and make a spell for winning the lottery, if you win the lottery, then spells are definitely real for me.

to be strictly accurate, spells are not real. there's no "magical aether" that they act through or anything. and they can't influence other people or circumstances.
but, that's not to say they don't *work*. basically when you perform one of these little rituals you're subconsciously predisposing yourself to the effect that you wish to obtain. with a "love spell", for instance, you'll be (unconsciously, of course) more receptive to others' advances, and may also project yourself differently to others.
in the case of using the spells to get jobs etc., it's likely that you would have come across as more confident, as a result of unconsciously expecting to receive the job.
as for why a spell might have worked on one person but not another - as the spells aren't truly "influencing" others, their success is basically up to others' perception of you. also of interest are the events surrounding the casting of the spells - it's likely that the obsessive guy was going to be obsessive anyway, he was just more likely to become obsessed with you due to unconscious "signals" you would have been displaying following the casting of the spell. and the guy you tried to win back would have been less likely to pick up on the signals due to the fact that the two of you had broken up...
so to sum up - no you're not crazy. all this stuff really does work, but not in the way most people think. if it's getting results, by all means do it, but remember that magic of this sort is not a cure-all - there will be negative as well as positive consequences. hope that helps, and good luck :)

"I have done "love spells" in the past and they have worked. Or so I thought. The last guy I did one on became obsessed with me and could not leave me alone"
Hey - that's exactly what you were asking for in your love spell, don't be surprised when you got what you asked for.
"but this last guy I was with, I tried to cast a love spell on him to bring him back and it did not work....at all"
It's a shame you didn't learn your lesson with the other one.
Manipulative magic like love spells - which is basically screwing with someone else's free will because what YOU want is more important than what THEY want - comes back and bites you in the a$s eventually.

They are real and they work, but not in the way you mean.
Spells are for the caster. They help you focus and align your thoughts with your intentions, with asserting your will. This subtle affect on your own mentality can make a big difference in some things.
However, spells never ever replace the work that goes into relationships, or finding a job, or anything. All intention must be followed by action to be made manifest.
So the spell on the guy which failed, failed because there was something wrong with the relationship that was not fixed. You can't fix it with magic. The best you can do is focus with magic, but you have to fix it by fixing it with him.

You cannot go against someone else's free will...period. The spell on the last person didn't work because it was not meant to be...you have to look at it this way, if it were to have worked, he would have been unhappy and miserable. You would have caused him unnecessary stress just for the sake of your happiness. It doesn't work that way. The Universe only give you what you need in your life at that time, not the things you want. Remember that.

Spells are energy and intent (information). They can affect reality. Of course they are real.
One has to make sure the spell is released. Or, somebody can truly shun the spell, rejecting it out of free will. Casting a spell does not negate free will and choice. It simply makes your voice and desires louder, therefore more likely to be heard.

so one spell fails and you decide they all must have been coincdence? maybe the loves spells worked in the past because by preforming them you felt more confidant and therfor more atractive and acted that way? does that mean the spell didnt work or doesit mean that it just worked in a way you didnt expect? spells work but not in the poof there ya go way. they are subtle. and sometimes they dont work cause you really didnt want them to work. is getting that guy back all that important. would it be in your best intrest to do so? magic isnt ment to give you everything you want. it is ment to help you get what you need.

No, they don't work. It could be that when you cast a spell you believe it will work. That makes you more confident and people begin to believe in you. So you get the guy and you get the job. If someone really doesn't like or you or has another job candidate in mind, no spell and no amount of confidence will change things.

No, but there is such thing as just a little bit of "physics" do. If you put your mind to anything, it will happen, but you have to 1) really and truly believe it will happen, and it's not just a joke and 2) really want it.
