It shouldn't be. but if you are worried about it, find some spray paint that matches you skin EXACTLY and cover it up. Test the method very well before doing this to make sure that if doesn't rub off and that it looks natural.

I doubt that doctors care about tattoos, they are much more concerned about contagious diseases and will focus on blood work and the TB test. (that's the whole reason we require the check up in the first place)

No. Millions of Americans have tattoos, as do millions of other people around the world. The medical check-up is just to make sure you aren't harbouring some kind of infectious disease or hidden illness. Don't worry about it. :-)

Yes, your tattoos will be an issue when you get a physical. You will likely go to the head of the line. Lots of people really like tattoos in the U.S.

If your tattoo was professionally done with aseptic techniques, it should not be a factor at all. However, poorly done tattoos without stringent diligence, hepatitis C is spread via tattoo needles. Hepatitic C is a concern of health care officials. They will probably test you for it.

The tattoo itself shouldn't be a problem. But,they might test you for hepatitis since that can be transferred when a tattoo is done in less than clean conditions.

I wouldn't think so.

Different states have laws w/r/t tattoos but that's the application of them. Mass. for instance prohibits applying tattoos beyond the wrists.

Doesn't mean that people who already have them can't live in Mass.

Unless the tattoo is recognized as a symbol of a gang affiliation you should have no problem.
